Hospitality NVQ Assessor – Northamptonshire

Are you experienced in the Hospitality & Catering Industry, to management level?
Are you looking for work as a NVQ Assessor?

A private training provider specialising in the Hospitality and Catering Industry is looking for a NVQ Assessor to join their team in Northamptonshire.
This exciting position will allow you to draw on your experience of the Hospitality industry to provide learners in their workplaces with support and training, enabling them to realise their career potential.

Your specific responsibilities include:

- Visiting learners in the workplace and assessing / tutoring them in their NVQ qualifications
- Maintaining documentation on learners and preparing portfolios
- Planning and implementing initial assessments and course reviews with learners
- Creating learner portfolios to agreed standards
- Working closely with Verifiers and Management

The ideal candidate will have a background in the Food & Beverage and Chef industry, preferably at managerial level. It is essential that you have relevant NVQ Qualification as well as the ability to work independently and manage your own time. Full training will be given in gaining the A1 Assessors award if you do not already have it.

You will receive an excellent salary and benefits package, including a starting salary of 17,000- 20,000, company vehicle after 6 months, 25 days holiday and healthcare benefits
