RMA Care Assessor/Tutor (Level 4) – Boscombe, Dorset£21,500 to £23,000 pa
Our client, a leading provider of skills training in the South West, is currently looking for a RMA Care Assessor/Tutor (Level 4) to join their team in Boscombe, Dorset.
You will be assessing learners in the Health & Social Care NVQ up to RMA and Level 4 and Apprenticeship Framework as well as developing, preparing and delivering training to agreed standards. You will be involved in interviewing learners at the early stages of recruitment to ensure their suitability for the qualification . It is key that you support your learners on an ongoing basis to raise their technical and interpersonal skills level and confidence to ensure that they achieve their qualification on target. You will need to be willing to travel around Wiltshire to visit your learners.
D32/D33 or A1 or V1 qualification preferred, but not essential as training will be provided. Full driving licence required.
If it essential that you:
• Can demonstrate good experience of working in a the Health & Social Care area – up to RMA/Level 4• Have experience of working in an adult educational environment or with young people• Hold a current driving license and own transport• Have a good knowledge of basic health and safety requirements• Have good basic IT skills to include emailing, Word and Excel
This is a full-time, permanent role with a salary range of £21,500 to £23,000pa.

A much larger than average primary school serving a diverse community, are currently looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant to start asap.
This school is looking for a general TA to work within KS2. This position will continue until at least July but there is plenty of scope to stay at the school for longer if both the school and the successful candidate were happy.
The school itself educates children in the age range of 3 to 11 years, and is rated as an “outstanding” school by OFSTED. The school enrols children from a wide variety of backgrounds. EAL children make up a significant number of children on the register also.
The successful candidate for this position will ideally have experience of working with a child or children with SEN/EAL and must be someone who can work off their own initiative. Someone with a strong character, good behaviour management skills and training of working with children with EAL would be great.
