An outstanding Catholic school based in North West London is looking for an Administrator with SIMS experience for a maternity cover starting in September 2010.
Areas of responsibility:
- Meeting and greeting visitors, parents and students
- Enter and update student attendance (SIMS)
- Answering phones
- Ordering of stationery
- General Administrative duties
All applicants must have excellent knowledge in Microsoft programs (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and have a typing speed of 40 WPM.
Interested candidates must proactive, enthusiastic and hardworking.

- You must have good spoken English;
- You must have a minimum of 6 months child related experience;
- Your CV must cover the last 5 years employment history and any employment breaks must be explained;
- You need to supply two recent professional references, relating to your work with children;
